“…From 21th to 24th September, the theater of Conde Duque will host the second edition of “Flamenco Joven” an initiative that supports and recognizes the new values of singing, playing and dancing within the flamenco world. This coming edition of Young Flamenco includes a dozen of young artists with great authority and flamenco projection, all sponsored and supported by two authentic flamenco art institutions, Toni “El Pelao” and “La Uchi”.
In this way the discipline of dance will involve Alba Heredia, Selene Muñoz and El Yiyo, each of them with different characteristics and techniques, but the same creative personality: understanding the old authentic flamenco with the passion of today.
The singing will be represented by one of the woman with better voice for Madrilenian flamenco, Filo de los Patios.
Finally, the guitar will show us renewed instrumentalists loaded with a powerful technical reasons and “flamenquísimas” sensitivities, including the French guitarist Samuelito, Javier Conde –Bordón from Extremadura and Paco León from Granada…”
